Do you really want to store chemicals in your garage?
HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR AN EXTERMINATION SERVICE?
Extermination services are probably more affordable than you think. After you go to the store, buy chemicals, sprayers, protective equipment and other needed materials, you could have paid a little more (and sometimes less) to have an exterminator take care that and give you a warranty that covers re-treatments if needed.
ARE YOU GOING TO SPRAY EVERYTHING IF I FORGET TO MOVE SOMETHING IN THE AREA WHERE YOU ARE TREATING?
No! A company that sprays everything in its path, including kid and pet toys are unprofessional and you need to find another service. When we do the inspection, we will let you know what things need to be moved and if you forget an item or two, we will move it before we treat.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT WITH MY FIRST TREATMENT?
Before any service is started, we will go over our treatment plan for you and discuss any problems you may have so we can address those issues during treatment. If you have any questions during your service please ask and we are happy to answer them for you.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR A RE-SERVICE WITH THE PEST CONTROL SERVICE?
No, as long as the problem was related to your prior service. There are some services with special circumstances that will not offer a warranty but our usual warranty for most pest services is 30 days.
HOW LONG WILL THE SERVICE TAKE?
Service can take anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour. We treat the attic, garage, interior and exterior with every visit unless you specify otherwise.
WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT WILL YOU USE?
For treatments outside we will use our backpack sprayers or a truck mounted sprayer. We have found that using a one-gallon handheld sprayer to treat the outside does not give the coverage and protection needed in our Texas climate. The four-gallon backpack sprayer and the rig sprayer gives the volume and coverage needed to kill and prevent any unwanted pests from entering your home. In some areas that are not accessible with our backpack or rig sprayers, then we may need to use a handheld sprayer. However, this in combination with various granular baits and dusts gives a lasting, effective treatment that is good until your next service. Inside, we will us our handheld sprayer, aerosols and paste baits to continue an effective barrier against unwanted pests.
HOW TOXIC ARE YOUR CHEMICALS?
Fortunately, the days of toxic, smelly chemicals are behind us. The EPA has strict guidelines for chemical makeup and usage. Today, most chemicals target only the insect physiology and are safe for humans and pets when used according to label instructions. Our industry is also regulated by the Texas Department of Agriculture who performs inspections of our records, practices and equipment on a regular basis
